Our management system provides the full operation we take an unlisted property, obtain bookings and manage the booking all the way to check out. We keep your property in the perfect condition ready for new bookings.

How do you vet guests to protect my property?

We make sure that we require ID on booking and utilise our insurance as well as any platform coverage that is offered.

Can I still use my property occasionally with your Rent-to-Rent system?

Accepted Answer

We would be unable to allow access to overnight stays in the rent to rent system. With the management option this could be a possibility.

What happens if there’s damage or unpaid rent?

Accepted Answer

Coverage to damaged properties depends on the extent of this, if a guest has caused damage to the property would look to recover this Via the platform they booked through. General wear and tear will be maintained dependent on the chosen operation with Evo. 
Rent will always be collected via the platform, this means there will be no situation of missed rent.
